The Wallonia region of Belgium is known for some of the finest beers in the world. Home to the monasteries that created Chimay, Orval & Rochefort, only the beers brewed within the walls of those religious communities may claim the title “Trappist.” That doesn’t mean we can’t make something pretty darn close! The deep golden color and medium body gives an approachable first impression, but the combination of rich malt, fruity yeast, subtle hops, and sweet candi sugar creates a full & complex flavor that will be a spiritual experience!
